Meet the Team

Denise Mather is the Managing Director and senior consultant for DEMand RESULTS.  She has personally worked in both private and public sector organisations as a senior manager, a HR professional and as a personal coach.

As a trained coach, accredited mediator, NLP practitioner, certified hypnotherapist, and Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FIPD), Denise also brings unique approaches to issue resolution and personal development.

Denise has a track record of success in offering advice and guidance on a wide range of HR issues and in taking organisations and individuals through significant personal and commercial change.This experience has been gained both as a manager, director and personal coach and includes restructures, cultural change, policy & procedure revisions, disciplinary and grievance resolution, mediation and the design and delivery of training interventions.

Denise’s core ethos has always been to be professional and to treat others how she would like to be treated; consequently all of the associates at DEMand RESULTS have been recruited with this mind.

• Valerie Vernon
  Valerie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with over 35 years experience as a HR Generalist, and at Director level. She sits on Employment Tribunals and is a Panel Member for ACAS Mediations and Arbitrations. Valerie has a wealth of knowledge in the field of HR, particularly in Employee Relations and has worked for both private and public sector organisations
• Jane Green Armytage
  A very experienced HR professional, working as a change agent supporting organisations with strategic and practical change programmes. Jane is also a very experienced coach, supporting senior individuals in a range of private and public sector orgnaisations
• Ruth Ingman
  Ruth Ingman is an Employment Law Consultant with 15 years’ legal experience. She also has a Masters degree in Law and Employment Relations, so her knowledge and experience is comprehensive.
• Kevin Lawrence
  Kevin has a unique style and insight and has been instrumental in transforming and revolutionising the development functions and practices in major household known companiesacross the retail, insurance and construction service industries
• Andy Giles
  An organisational development specialist. Andy's experience has enabled him to support organisations in the UK, Europe and the Far East, supporting them with change programmes, coaching and developing management capability
